This apartment is situated at the foot of the Castle, at the heart of the old town of Annecy, with direct access to the businesses and to the market.

It is situated in the rez of road but there are 3 steps to reach and cannot receive from armchairs for handicapped persons because inside there are also differences of levels between rooms. We reach by a locking privative court. There is a possibility of having lunch in this court, because there is armchairs table and parasol. There is another entrance old side districts situated in the 3eme stage, giving directly access in trade (10 meters).

It includes 2 rooms, (a double and one single), a room to live with kitchen area, a water room with shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine.

There is no view on landscape distant, because it is a part of old typical buildings of the old town of Annecy, very grouped at the foot of the castle but it is very clear nevertheless.

It is situated in 200m of the Lake, the beaches and the swimming pool, in 300m of the station. Very quiet being at the heart of the activities summer of the old town.

The pedestrian zone where it is situated, is authorized in the cars only from 6 am till 11 am in the morning. The closest parking lots are situated in 100 meters (pay parking lot) or 500 meters ( free parking lot).

There is also the possibility of loan of bikes, to reach the magnificent cycle track which lines the lake and which has a total length of 45km.
