Our chalet is located in a quiet, with a nice view, below the main road. Near the Village “The Marmottons�. Children can safely play outside, the access lane being a private lane.
Free shuttles are available at the end of our private access lane.

There is a garage with a local ski and a private parking area.

The chalet is equipped with a washing and a drying machine, 2 TVs and 2 DVD players, 3 showers and 3 WC.

To relax, there is a relaxing area with a Sauna private (6 persons), shower and toilets and an 18m² playing room for children or rea relax for adults equipped with a TV and DVD player, a sofa bed and some games, books, … for adults and children.

* at 500 m from the skiing link to Avoriaz, Morzine and Switzerland, more than 650 km of ski runs !!!

* 2 minutes walk from the children village "Les Marmottons", specially dedicated for young children who want to learn skiing.
