Located at the entrance to the town of Bourg St Maurice, Savoie. It is1 km from the shops, the city centre and 2 km from the funicular railway which goes to the resort of Arcs-La Plagne in 7 minutes.

On the ground floor there is a south-facing terrace with barbecue, a living area of 35 m², with fireplace woodburner (wood provided) and a sofa bed for 2 persons. With cable television and a DVD, an open plan kitchen equipped with fridge, 4 hob stove and oven, a dish washer, a microwave, and coffee maker.... this is a very comfortable and practical place to stay.

On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and 1 single bed 90x200 on a small mezzanine, WC with washbasin, 1 separate shower,1 bathroom with bath, washbasin and washing machine.

On the second floor there are 2 rooms under a mansard roof , with 2 x 2 single beds 90x200, bed linen is not included in the price. The beds are equipped with duvets.
