The house is situated in the hamlet of “Le Villard” at the altitude of 900m, 1,5 mile (2,5 km) above the village of St.Pierre d'Entremont, along the road N° D102 which leads to the Cucheron'Pass and the small ski station of “Le Planolet”. The village of St. Pierre d'Entremont is divided between two counties, Savoie en Isère. A small bridge over the Guiers Vif River makes the “border”.

* EXPOSURE

The house has a North to South exposure.
Protected to the North by a glazed porch. A big bay-window to the South looks out on a private garden of 800 square-meters.
Beautiful view on the Entremonts Valley and the high-plateaus of the Chartreuse Range.

* DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE

The house is a typical old stone-barn facing the mountains which has been restaured surrounded by a garden

FIRST FLOOR : A large common room on two level with a living room including a fire-place and a television as well as a dining room place with a big table, and a kitchen area with a small round table including a kitchen-stove, a micro-wave oven, a dish-washer and a Television.
- Next to the kitchen place, the dressing room with shower, lavatory and wash-machine.
- The lavatory is in a separate room.
- Solar water-eater for the entire house (400 Liters)

SECOND FLOOR : A large bedroom with one double-bed and one single bed. This room is lighted by two windows, on the East Side with mountain-view as well as a roof-window.
A second large bedroom with one double-bed and one single bed. This space is lighted by a jacobine-window on the South Side.
An alcove-bedroom with two single beds. This room is lighted by a roof-window and a small window on the West Side.

Rollway baby-bed, baby-change matelas, baby bath-tub and high chair are also at your convenience.

Observations :
- Animals (pets) are note accepted.
- For a perfect way of lile and security, our house is strictly NON-SMOKING

- Ground-heater on the first floor + wall-eaters in the leaving-room and 1 in the washroom.
