Located in the heart of the alpine Glières Plateau, a protected natural site in 1400 meters between Annecy and Geneva, the Chalet du Collet welcomes you in its two nice gîtes for a pleasant stay in beautiful natural surroundings of pastures and mountain peaks. You have the possibility to combine the two gites for your family meetings or holidays with friends (maximal 12 persones).

In summer, several sign-posted paths and mountain bike trails are appreciated by visitors, as well as rock-climbing and visits of working farms with the possibility to buy local produce.
In winter the Glières Plateau is a popular resort for cross-country skiing. A sledging run, and snowshoe and dog-sleigh trails are also provided.

On the Glières Plateau the restaurants propose local specialities, and the Monument to the Resistance Soldiers can be visited. The Maison du Plateau is the local visitor centre which provides tourist information and also rents out equipment for winter sports.
