This ground floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom duplex apartment has been very popular with our guests having been renovated for the 2004/05 season. The owners continue to upgrade this excellent apartment and for 2006/07 have added new bedroom furniture to make this an even more comfortable accommodation. Superbly located right by the Montchavin chairlift…perfect. Only a 5 minute walk to the delightful cobbled high street of Montchavin; shops, bars, restaurants…and chickens (!) are all close by.

The accommodation comprises; ground floor ski locker, entrance hall leading to a well-equipped kitchen area and downstairs bathroom with bath, shower attachment, washbasin and WC. There is a large lounge/dining area; the lounge area contains two single sofa beds and can be curtained off to provide a third sleeping area. A balcony provides lovely views of the valley and Mont Blanc. First floor ~ Bedroom 1: a family room, 2 single beds and two bunk beds. Bedroom 2: a twin room. There is a small sitting area upstairs and a shower room with washbasin and WC. The owners have provided a TV/DVD combination unit (DVD playback only) and stereo system for your enjoyment. New for 2007/08 ~ new furniture in the dining area
